oh dang, treat culture....! (also defensive dressing & anemoia — new word for me!) i have been feeling romantically & politically pulled toward thrifting/secondhand lately. not to mention struggling with how i relate to buying/wearing clothes in general. you articulated stuff i haven't really had words for. thanks for giving them to me. xx

Yes thaaank you - not cute trends but surface level signs of deeper societal goings on(s?). I'm curious about the impulse buying topic, I wonder if we're now seeing a more susceptible generation now that we've figured out how to really capitalise on it? (TikTok shop etc.) Back in my asos days, I remember that being the logic behind the target audience but maybe I'm just filling in gaps that don't exist!
